Lassi Cup – Nickel Plated Engraved Brass – Early 20th Century

This old lassi cup from North India is made from nickel-plated brass, featuring a beautiful hand-etched floral design. Traditionally, lassi — a cooling yoghurt-based drink — was served in cups like this, especially during festive occasions such as Holi, when it was sometimes infused with bhang (a traditional cannabis preparation).
