Carved Teak Parath Bowl From Rajasthan – Ca 1920

This original Indian parath bowl, crafted in the early 20th century is made from a single piece of sturdy teak. These bowls were traditionally used for mixing dough to create chapatti and paratha bread. The rich patina on our old parath bowls is a result of years of regular use, making them a valuable addition to any kitchen. This one was originally from Rajasthan.
