Description
This fabulous coffee table is a Takhat. These were originally used as daybeds by the wealthy merchant classes in Rajasthan – particularly the Shekavati area. They are usually made from roheda wood which is a variety of Acacia.
It would make an impressive centrepiece for a living room, conservatory or summer house.
