Indian Silver Tribal Lion Head Bangle

This bangle has been hand made by silversmiths in India. Although not an antique, it evokes ancient Indian beliefs in the Hindu lion god Narasimha, an avatar of Lord Shiva. The zig-zag design on the bracelet gives the piece a wonderful tactile feel.
