The Chest for When One Drawer Set Isn't Enough
Stand the Ellington 5 Drawer Chest against a bedroom wall and it answers the practical spatial question a smaller unit cannot by offering true high-capacity storage on a compact footprint. The unfussy fronts and clean edges suit a Scandi space built around calm surfaces, while the balanced proportions rest comfortably alongside both vintage and modern furniture in a Transitional scheme.
For a shared bedroom needing to organize multiple wardrobes' worth of folded clothing, this extra height delivers crucial storage capacity.
Built to Take the Weight of Daily Use
Engineered board and manufactured wood construct a stable frame built to support five fully loaded drawers, topped with a scratch-resistant vinyl finish that withstands the daily traffic of getting dressed.
The surface comes in a driftwood-pale grey oak, a printed slatted-effect design, or a clean white finish depending on your preferred palette. Inside, a soft woven, oatmeal-toned faux-linen lining covers the drawer base to keep folded knitwear protected from raw board edges.
A Colourway to Match the Rest of the Room
The honey-toned slatted-effect option adds printed visual warmth to a tall piece, making the chest a stylish feature point rather than just functional storage. The grey oak finish offers a quieter alternative, blending smoothly into neutral walls in busier bedrooms. Crisp white reflects available light around the space, keeping a tall chest feeling light rather than imposing.
Standing 108cm tall on a 74cm wide footprint, this is the ideal piece when you have run out of drawer space elsewhere. Browse our full storage collection for more capacity, or complete the set with matching wardrobes.
