Bring warm, cottage-style character into the bedroom without losing precious storage space. The Zelah Oak ottoman storage bed frame pairs a slatted spindle headboard with a waxed oak finish, giving it the chunky, honest look of traditional English country furniture. Every plank and slat is left visible, giving the frame real rustic charm.
Oak, Pine and Metal Working Together
Made from oak and oak veneer over a solid pine and manufactured wood frame, the headboard features vertical slats set into a sturdy surround, finished with a warm wax that deepens the natural grain.
Beneath the mattress, a metal frame with wooden slats sits on a smooth gas-lift mechanism. This combination keeps the base light to lift while remaining strong enough for daily use.
Storage That Lifts From the End
Rather than lifting from the side, the ottoman base rises from the foot of the bed on gas struts, leaving both long sides clear of walls or surrounding furniture. This makes the frame much easier to operate when placed between two bedside tables, with the deep base opening fully to store spare bedding, extra pillows, or seasonal clothing out of sight.
